• How do I register for a class? You may register online by going to the "Register" page and clicking on the link at bottom that says "Book Online". If you have any questions feel free to email Galoop at cmatson@galoopclasses.com.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy? There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee. If you decide to withdraw from a class you registered for, you will receive a refund for the tuition cost less the $25 registration fee. However, seven days before the start of classes, you will receive a refund only if we can fill your slot in the class. Any cancellations once the semester has begun will not result in a refund.
  • Is there a discount for twins/siblings? Yes, there is. The first sibling pays 100% and the second sibling pays 50% of the cost for the semester. If you are signing up two children in a class, please select the option "siblings or twins" when booking.  Baby siblings under 6 months join for free (older than 6-months have a 50% discount as well!)
  • Can I bring an older sibling to class? Siblings are welcome to join class as long you ask in advance by emailing cmatson@galoopclasses.com. Siblings joining class pay $15 to be brought on the day of class.
  • When does a class get cancelled? Classes need a minimum of 4 children to run. If a class gets cancelled due to low enrollment your tuition will be fully refunded. 
  • What if I want to change classes? You may change classes provided that your desired class has space available. Contact Galoop at cmatson@galoopclasses.com if you'd like to switch classes
  • Is there a waiting list for full classes? Yes. If the class you are interested in is full, you may put your name on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, all people on the waiting list are emailed about the new opening. 
  • How long are the classes? Classes are 60 minutes in length and meet once per week. 
  • Can I bring food or drinks to class? We welcome water, bottle feeding, and breastfeeding during classes, but no other food or drink. 
  • What is your makeup policy? We offer unlimited make-up classes per session; you may go to any other age appropriate class being offered during that semester. Look online for the latest schedule and email cmatson@galoopclasses.com with your preferred make-up slot. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance in order to manage class size. Make up classes must be scheduled during the session you are currently registered for and cannot carry over to another session.
  • What if my child is sick? Please stay home and rest if either you or your child is sick: no fever, sore throat, cough, body aches, vomiting or diarrhea for at least 24 hours, no colored nasal discharge, conjunctivitis (pink eye) must be treated with antibiotics for a minimum of 24 hours prior to returning to group.
  • What about bad weather? If Brookline Public Schools are closed due to weather, then our classes are cancelled for the day. You will receive an email if classes are cancelled due to weather.
  • Where should I park? Classes are held at the nursery of the United Parish in Brookline. The entrance is at 15 Marion Street (using the door furthest to the left/west). Before 10 AM there is metered parking on Harvard Street and free two hour parking on Park and Vernon streets. After 10 am there is also free two hour parking on Marion Street. Please note that the parking lot at the church is not available for public parking.
  • What is the closest T station? The closest T station is Coolidge Corner (C line of the Green Line), only two blocks! And The United Parish is on the 66 bus route as well.
